Background:
Leafletdrop is a UK-based company specialising in targeted leaflet distribution, design, and printing services. Their offerings include online tools for creating professional leaflet designs, geo-demographic targeting to reach specific households, high-quality printing services, and national distribution through Royal Mail.
Challenge:
Leafletdrop faced some challenges in their HubSpot configuration, leaving them unable to fully utilise their HubSpot account. They needed a partner to finalise the following, and Struto was appointed to resolve these issues:
- Automation of their lifecycle stage management and lead nurturing management from their website
- Configuration of reporting which was not providing accurate data
- Onboarding their service department to be up and running on Service Hub. Including setting up the knowledge base and chat function.
Solution:
Struto conducted workshops to identify the remaining requirements in three key areas: automation, reporting, and service configuration. They automated lifecycle stage movements and lead nurturing for marketing and sales, configured accurate reporting, and planned service pipelines. Struto also performed a data migration for old deals and existing accounts. The team committed to completing the project within a few short weeks, ensuring Leafletdrop could fully leverage HubSpot's capabilities quickly.
Hurdles:
There were no major hurdles when it came to this project with the only challenge coming from taking over from another partner halfway through the project. Struto, however, managed to effectively scope out the work that still needed to be completed, some of which included identifying the existing workflows and either replacing or deactivating them as necessary. There were no significant issues during the implementation phase, thanks to clear communication and thorough workshops.
Results:
The project was completed in two sprints over a four-week period, two weeks to scope, plan and implement as well as two weeks for user acceptance testing and amendments. Leafletdrop now has accurate reporting, automated processes that support marketing and sales, and their services team is fully proficient with HubSpot.
