Challenge
Foxon Media approached Struto, seeking solutions to streamline their event management and sales processes. They had been relying on spreadsheets to track vital sales and event-related data. Hurdles
One of the primary challenges Struto faced was dealing with data quality. Much of the event-related and sales data required a significant clean-up to match HubSpot's structure. Before the data could be migrated, it needed to be organised to associate the deals and events as line items correctly. The data cleansing required careful separation of event information and proper alignment with HubSpot's properties.
Another challenge was the complex nature of Foxon's reporting needs - particularly for sales and event attendance. Custom reports had to be developed to provide the insights Foxon required for decision-making.
Results
The Struto team successfully migrated all of Foxon Media's sales and event data into HubSpot, giving them complete visibility over their deals and event performance. With data centralised in HubSpot, Foxon can easily track sales deals and link them to multiple events, providing more precise insights and improving decision-making capabilities. The custom reports on attendee engagement have empowered the team with actionable information, allowing them to optimise future events.

Future Scope
Foxon Media have an ongoing relationship with Struto, and additional work is planned to refine their vendor, delegate, and speaker processes. They also want to automate their lead and prospect nurturing workflows to improve their efficiency further.
Additionally, Struto is working on integrating Foxon Media's HubSpot platform with their event badge provider, EventsCase, to streamline the attendee management process further.
